Leadership Ethics, Integrity & Legacy

Leadership Ethics, Integrity & Legacy Overview

A full-day workshop that gives leaders space to wrestle with what integrity means when it is difficult, through real, documented stories, genuinely hard scenarios and personal reflection. This is not a policy briefing. It is an honest conversation about ethics, accountability and legacy.

Every organization says it values integrity. Few have given their leaders the space to actually wrestle with what that means when honesty is costly, when speaking up carries real career risk, or when a culture has quietly drifted from the values it claims. The day closes with a private legacy reflection and a specific, behavioural commitment made publicly to the group.

What we cover

  • Module 3: Navigating Ethical Dilemmas Three ethical lenses, Consequences, Duties and Character, applied to decisions with no obvious right answer. (90 min)
